The Fillbach Brothers signing at Heroes tomorrow

Tomorrow from 1-3 pm, Heroes Aren’t Hard to Find will be hosting a special signing appearance by The Fillbach Brothers. You might know their art work on the popular Star Wars Clone Wars Adventures. Or perhaps you are aware of their work on Dark Horse’s Werewolves On The Moon books with Dave Land. But regardless of where you’ve seen their art before, if you are in Charlotte this Saturday afternoon you can see them in person!

While you are in the area, you can also check out the Charlotte Comi-con where several Dollar Bin irregulars will be set-up to sell you their awesome work.

Free Comic Book Day 2009 line-up at Heroes

Frequent followers of the Dollar Bin know of our love for the best damned comic book convention in the world Heroes Con. What you should also know is that we’ve got almost the same amount of love for the store that hosts it Heroes Aren’t Hard to Find. With all of that love in mind (and more that shall remain unspoken) we will be making our 2nd straight trip up to Heroes for their big Free Comic Book Day event.

Did I say the event was big? I meant HUGE. And I didn’t just type it in those capital letters because my keyboard was stuck, it really is that large.

Doubt me if you dare but take a look at this awesome guest list: Mark Brooks, Chris Brunner, Ian Flynn, Sanford Greene, Cully Hamner, Matt Herms, Adam Hughes, Jason Latour, Laura Martin, Budd Root, Chris Schweizer, Andy Smith, Allison Sohn, Brian Stelfreeze, Karl Story and who knows maybe even more!?!

As impressive as that list is, Heroes will also be giving away a ton of free comics and will no doubt also have a ton of great comics for sale as well. If you are in the Charlotte area you have got to make this great event!
