HeroesCon 2010: Family Friendly Comics

Photo by Christa NewmanYears ago comics used to be labeled as “just for kids”, but these days the industry often struggles with being “too mature” for young readers. What about comics designed for everyone? Join Brian Eison from the Dollar Bin with Chris Schweitzer (Crogan’s Revenge), Mark Waid (BOOM!), Roger Langridge (Muppet Show), Chris Giarusso (G Man), Jamie Cosley (Nobody Likes Tony Pony) and Franco Aureliano (Tiny Titans) as they have a  family friendly discussion about how they make their books for “all-ages”: interesting and appropriate for kids while staying entertaining and intelligent enough for adults!
