Hey Guys,
I picked up your card at Richard's and have been really enjoying the podcast. I would love to have that Umbrella Academy comic if it is up for grabs.
Hell's yeah. Its all yours. Number 2 came out this past week. Are you going to show up at Greenville Comic-Con? If so I can get it to you there. If not then I'll mail it off. Thanks.
Its really not that bad. Richard asked me to give it a letter grade so I gave it a D+. That's almost average. Maybe its a C-. The cover is pretty sweet.
Wow, 1994, thats what I love about this show, so current.
You guys do realize that im relying on you to keep me up to date on comics cause Im so behind. Only just got the first volume of 52 and the new justice league this last week.
I would really like to see more penguin when he was a crime lord, oh and I want a new version of scarface. There was a cool villain.
Man, Scarface is an awesome villain. There is a really good Scarface run in recent issues of Dini Detective. I don't know the issue numbers off the top of my head, but I'll look them up and edit them in later. Either way he is a pretty sweet character.
What is it about some superheroes where they can have a plethera of bad guys (i.e. Spider-man or Batman) and others can't scrape together more than a single bad guy or two (Wonder Woman)?
The bigger question that pops into my mind is why there aren't any great villians created now? Name one significant Spider-villian created in the past 15 years. I don't know of any.
